If you are under the age of 18 on the day you submit your contract, your parent or guardian's electronic signature is required before your contract can be processed. The parent or guardian you identify as your emergency contact will receive an email with a link and a verification code that must be entered online to complete your housing contract submission. As such, while we will make every effort to honor building preferences, we are unable to guarantee space in a particular building as we adhere to this priority order.

- Click on the Applications tab, and then choose the contract period for which you are applying.
- 仔细审阅 条款与条件. Remember that when you agree to the 条款与条件, you are providing an electronic signature that states you are agreeing to all of the 条款和条件 exactly as they are written in the contract.

- Once you have completed these steps, you will receive a housing contract confirmation.
在你提交合同之后, additional information will be sent to your OU email address as it becomes available. We recommend that all current and future residents check their OU email accounts regularly.
To cancel your on-campus housing, you will need to complete a Contract Release Form online. 请按照以下说明进行操作.
Please note that cancellation charges may apply, as outlined in the 条款和条件 房屋合同.
- Log into the My Housing portal.
- Click the Contracts/Forms drop-down menu, then click on the contract you would like to cancel.
